At Kuzopa Solutions, we make billing easy, we have 3 options available for our clients. The first option is the starter package which is great for small businesses or those new to virtual support. The second option is our part-time package and the third is a full-time Virtual Assistant.

No, no set up fee is required to get started. You will only be charged your monthly retainer fee.
We use a project portal that tracks all of our worked hours. Weekly reports are sent to you via email, but you can always log into our system at any time to view work completed, time tracked and pending tasks. A notification is also sent if you’re getting close to exhausting your purchased hours.

Yes, your Virtual Assistant can make outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, follow up with customers, etc. Calls must be made within normal business hours. We do not make sales, prospecting or marketing calls.

During the new client onboarding, we help you determine how many hours you will need each month.

We provide weekly reports, so that you’re able to track your hours throughout the month. If you go over your purchased hours, we will bill you for the extra hours at the end of the month.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we are unable to rollover unused hours. You are allowed to upgrade or downgrade your package as needed.

Our goal is to ensure that our clients are comfortable and happy with our services. We do offer clients the option of receiving a dedicated Representative or Project Manager with our premium retainer packages. Our preference however, is to assign each client a project manager based on the determined needs. The dedicated project manager is solely responsible for managing the tasks submitted by the client.

All of our Virtual Assistants are U.S. based and college educated. In addition to secondary education, we also train our Virtual Assistants on various software and how to successfully support entrepreneurs and busy professionals.

Hiring our Atlanta virtual assistant firm instead of a traditional employee gives you instant access to an entire team of trained experts. You’re also saving on employee taxes, payroll expenses, office space, equipment and other costs associated with a traditional employee.

We don’t believe in locking clients in. Contact our support team if you need to cancel or pause your services. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your next billing date. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the next month. We do not refund unused time.
Each Apex client gets a weekly update on the status of their project. We also communicate regularly via email. The client can get additional updates as requested. Some projects may require daily updates.

Individuals or companies that desire no structure and are not able to stay in communication with an assistant will not benefit from our services. Those with a strong need to micromanage would not be a good fit for Kuzopa Solutions. Kuzopa Solutions specialist need flexibility to mange his/her time and workload.

Kuzopa Solutions signs a confidentiality agreement with each of our clients. We will never share or sell any of your information.

Having a project manager means that you have access to a team of talent vs. a virtual assistant. The project manager will be your primary contact and will be responsible for “cracking the whip” so to speak, to ensure that your work is done quickly and efficiently. Having a team also means that if one of your team members is ill or on vacation, your work goes on.

We communicate with our clients via our project management site, email, text and phone. The type of communication available will depend on your purchased package. Text and phone communication are available with our premium retainer packages. Phone and conversations must be scheduled in advance due to the nature of our work.
